Reformation launch swimwear line

Sustainable Los Angeles-based brand Reformation released its first swimwear line last Thursday. The nine-piece collection comes in a range of colour-ways including a black-and-white check and yellow-and-white stripe, conjuring a 1950s summer feel.

Made out of 85% recycled materials, predominantly polyamide, Reformation is staying true to form by comparing its carbon dioxide, water and waste output to an industry standard. The Tropicana one-piece, sure to be a firm favourite, saves 13 lbs carbon dioxide, 70 gallons of water and 0.7 lbs of waste.

The brand, which also recently launched a denim line, is worn by it-girls such as Emma Watson, Heir's Patricia Manfield and Suki Waterhouse.
